Blue tongue lizards are my favourite lizard. I used to catch them all the time when I was a kid. They eat snails and beetles and crickets and other insects. They also eat fungus and will steal your stawberries if they can reach them.

When I was primary school, we had a resident lizard. It was huge. About a metre long. It liked being patted by the children.

I used to have a blue tongue, he lived under our old water tank. I used to feed him chopped up banana. :)
