@SuperCleveleys : Hey man, congrats on the new guitar! The Gretsch pickups are always different compared to the Gibson pickups, Scotty Moore used or the Telly Twang from a single coil. Personally I think the sound from a Filtertron fits those kind of styles perfectly. You may want to use a little bit of compression though. Have fun with your Gretsch!

I heard abit more than just Scotty Moore influence in there. I think I heard some Cliff Gallop and some Setzer style stuff in there too. And I'm Stealin' it!
