And? Yes, you can mod gametype, but I have to clarify 2 things for you:

1. You can mod the padlock in the gametype name (I did it myself).

2. Almost all mods don't involve gametype editing but .map editing. This includes skins, so he doesn't have to use a modded gametype to use a Warthog skin.
