yo man @daras21, I am training to expand my vertical jump by doing the workout course that's over at 50-inch-vertical(dot)com - and right now got like past 9 ins so far unfortunately Im even now a bit away from being able to jump high enuff to dunk impressively. It's barely my first month so far, any specific tips?
