Fifa Rules 15: NO goals can be made on a throw in. In this case(own goal) it should have been a corner to the opposing team but if it was a goal it would be goal kick. Since this dosn't happen much refs won't remember

You can not score directly in your own goal with a throw in, a goal kick, a free kick... actually, you can NEVER directly score in your own goal if the ball is yours from the start. It's in the book of the laws of the game.
