As a law enforcement officer I will tell you the information is very accurate and I wish more people that have alarm systems were aware of this.

ADT , Canada, cousin lives here on and off, so he never needed the code, I'm disabled I'm always here, one time I had to go to a checkup. He opened the door alarm went off, police were here in 15 minutes.

He is rating the security system in very specific areas., A: what is the travel time for the police to your location. B: is your home the boy who cried wolf many times.. C: do you live in a neighbourhood prone to house robbery

ALL play a factor on how fast the police get there.

This is why it is good to become "great" friends with all your neighbors. A little good will and kindness goes a long long ways, always has and hopefully always will!
