  • @LittletinyGeorge Open up the front diff you will see 3 smaller gears (spider gears) take one out and put between the other two and put everything back together

  • In Colombia? I found it?

  • @donivancolmenares in calfornia.....

  • locked mine front and back. epic crawler for the price

  • it look cool thanks i have just bought a tamiya cc 01 and so far it has been great apart from my steering survo cant handle the frount diff being locked so i am going to unlock it then by a better servo for it and lock it again

  • i chose one of these over a tamiya datsun 240z

  • would these be good for going offroad (going through water, mud and over rocks?)

    would it be waterproof enough

  • @iliveonjupiter sure, If you waterproof it.

  • what tools do i need to build this kit

  • I just finished building this kit. Tamiya does a super job with the scale details and the quality is top notch.

I wired up the lights that came with the kit and from a distance it looks and moves like the real thing!

By no means a race car or rock crawler out of the box but I highly recommend it for just tooling around moderate terrain. Loads of fun!

  • @xsvdrummer would this kit be good for somebody with not much experience with kits????

  • @productionskak There are many pieces to the chassis but the directions are very straightforward, so If you use right tools and follow directions carefully you should have no problem.

The body however, is a different story because there are plenty of masking and trim stickers to deal with if you want to achieve a decent look, so it does help to have a little more experience in this area. Only use paint suitable for clear bodies, not model paint. Your hobby shop will know what you need. good luck

  • just started this exact car today. retarded amount of work but will be well worth it just take your time and do a good job

  • were is the off roading corse
