im english n its nice to see an american football (soccer) league however i doubt it will become huge in america because i doubt americans could develop the same passion for football (soccer) as british ppl or european ppl that is simply the truth as over here football (soccer) is like a matter of life and death n i dnt fink america will ever have that sort of passion for the game

actually its getting better every one rips it but the future looks good all they have to do is fix some kinks. I just hope my team can get in. and most of the fans that go and support there team watch European football and ect and are passionate the hard part is drawing in new fans.

Arteta is one of those midfielders who can play anywhere, essentially at everton he plays on the wing; Otherwise in the striking department we got yakubu, johnson, vaughan and anichebe, we might get an other striker this summer, but in all honesty i think it would be someone of a "bigger" name than donovan (no offence), we also meant to be interested in kim kallstrom from lyon, as we dont have any left footed midfielders, but i dont know how true that is

Donovan and Beckham simply suffer from a serious lack of any players around them.

haha, apparently neither can the rest of their team. If I'm Donovan, I'm looking overseas (Everton, anyone?) and if I'm Beckham, I'm buying Alexi Lalas out of his contract. That guy is dumb as hell.

Nah, Im an everton supporter and i can assure you we aint looking for any attacking midfielders; Steven Pienaar has just signed a new contract and we're pretty full in that department (Cahill, Pienaar, Osman, Arteta...)

Word on the street in Europe tho, thiery henry might be coming your way :)

I would love for Henry to come to MLS, but that won't happen. Too many more enticing teams will be interested in him. City for example seems to want to sign someone big. Maybe I play too much FIFA, but I thought that Arteta was CM? anyway, Donovan is way better utilized as a forward, and aside from Yakubu, I'm not that impressed with Everton's strikers. Of course, I just want him to go there because I like Everton. I could see him working well at Reading or Blackburn maybe.

Eh, there's nothing on him transferring, and judging by what he says, he won't be leaving MLS anytime soon. He's sure to have plenty of interest, but he didn't do so hot in Germany and I think it made him uncomfortable. I agree, Fulham is going down, and I hope Dempsey moves on. He needs a more creative team to play with.
