@BoxerMonkey Any flat bottomed glass bowl is fine. It's for a couple of reasons. 1) Acetone won't melt or dissolve it (and it will some plastics). 2) A razor blade won't dig into it, so it's easy to collect.

nothing wrong with acetone i used to do concentrates with it all the time, or use it to wash certain extracts. As long as you purge whatever extraction fluid you use you should be fine just let it dry for as long as it takes on glass, not plastic.

But those toxics elements, even if they are almost not there, are absolutely not present with iso and butane so why bother. (exept if you are european of course, iso and butane are expensive here)

I perfectly get the "thick taste" thing; i never try the bho with hash but butone zero impurities is as much healthier than iso.

But you should explore (if it is not done yet ;-)) the ice-olator methode to get full melt bubble but you need very much weed for that ;-)
