@DaSlimeon He's not stronger, obviously his healing dropped but he's more balanced; before the patch he was purely critical because he could hit 228 crits at level 1 but now because of the fury bar he's able to stay in lane longer instead of his Q stacking on crits. they just made him more fun to play early game is all, by nerfing heal just a bit but taking off the W and E health costs.
