Looks like an internally lit advertising blimp to me, too. Hell, they're just a gas pressure supported bag of fabric. It would be nothing to put a light source inside to make the whole thing glow. There are spherical helium-filled balloons with light sources in them that are tethered and used for illumination at events and in cinema productions. You can even see that the thing has a running light blinking away at the bottom.

OK... Google "Galaxy Blimps" to see what I've just described.

Yeah, I thought the same as you, but it was proved to me. The COMPLETE CLIP is on youtube somewhere that shows its a blimp when it gets close. I'll try find it for you..
