  • The fly I use is an imitation of a kelp fly maggot. It's a basically a curl of yellow foam on a size 14 hook. It's always fished with an indicator about 8 inches from the fly.

  • Thatchcottageireland, what flies are you using in this video? Ive landed hundreds of mullet by groundbaiting with bread until they begin to feed on it, then presenting a white woolen fly which either floats or sinks very slowly. Would love to avoid the necessity of groundbaiting though.
