@gittahfiend Mate its electric not acoustic.the material is the last part in the chain.Your Hands-amp-pedals-effects-picku­ps and last the material with very little contribution to the sound.In blind test you wont distinquish the poplar from maple the acrylic from basswood or the carbon fiber from mahogany(many tone....purists have tried and failed).The important thing is the way is put together and how skilled is the person that makes it happen not the material.

Yeah, sorry. That's not a Fender guitar. The neck may be, but that is one of those cheap imitation bodies that doesn't have the same contoured edges of an actual Stratocaster.

go on ebay an look up acrylic guitar body. buy the body and a fender and replace the regular body with the acrylic.

Nerr acrylic is pretty dense, you can get pretty incredible sustain out of it
