  • Ahh!!

    I loved this !

Really wannaearn how to play it :(

  • The bass line at the chorus is awesome.

  • 0.24-0.26 love the cheeky grin

  • I get to see them at the end of August. Can't wait.

  • i like this but for the love of god please don't compare them to the talking heads.

  • This Generations Talking Heads.

The sweet mixtures of many styles with a loose feeling that has no boundaries.

Just poppy enough to break through to the mainstream.

Just strange enough to be fresh, just Indie enough to appeal to hipsters, & just intelligent & enough lyrically to appeal to Art rock heads.

Other Manhattan bands for example The Fiery Furnaces have tried but just don't have the perfect balance.

  • Talking Heads - Quality.

  • Man, theres like a new wave of awesome bands, including Vampire Weekend, im sure they're just getting started

  • Ha, if I'd listened to this version earlier I wouldn't have spent the past year and a half trying to understand what Ezra's singing. It sounds much clearer here than in the recorded version. I saw Joanna down in the subway, she took an apartment in Washington Heights!

  • I like how they're the clean-cut version of indie

  • For me, the "eh eh eh eh" cheapens this song (especially the way the keyboardist does it) Otherwise it's brilliant.

  • ezra is AMAZING

  • ccol song its kinda weird though

  • Not sure about the vocals. Music sounds fantastic, though. I've heard him sing this one a lot better.

  • jejej nice music style

  • I love it. Has a poppy ska feel.

  • new york band???? thought they were from africa

  • They were students at Columbia University in NYC when they formed Vampire Weekend. Their music has very strong Africian influences. Check out Johnny Clegg too...

  • tune.

  • great!! i like it!
