Resonance is the nothing else other but the natural frequency of the tubes (When you strum a guitar chord, the waves go into the body of the guitar and then come back to the cord, creating the Resonance, or if you want an amplified sound)
hi are you using an amplifier to amplify the frequency ,not sure how frequency/resonance works so just trying to watch others like yopurself to get a grip as i am looking at using steam eventually. your video with the pwm stainless tubes is relating to a site that states you can dissociate water by transmitting frequency on electrodes on the nmr table and making the frequency of the electrodes duplicate the signal into the water (something like that) i can email site if you want to look into it
same with the tubes, you take one of them you hit it with a piece of metal, and look at what is the natural frequency(it depends on the lenght, the diameter, the speed of sound) and with the pwm circuit you replicate the same frequency into the cell to obtain the resonance effect.
Very good HHO output even for tap water. The only thing is tap water does have some sodium in it. Thats what that brown traces in the water is from. And I did see that you have been working on the plate system as well and wondering how far apart were they? As it may help to put them closer together.
can i get the eletronices i need to meak 1 of these from a riado or walkmen

Warning:
P W M P O W E R has ripped me off for 277.95
No pwm...No efie... No money back!
Tell your HHO friends to use caution buying from these folks.

Pulse width modulator

THIS IS AWESOME! Should I do a tutorial on this as well? Check my PWM videos. I could do this same schematic you made on a PCB. Sounds good?

i think there is approx a 3mm gap between them.
Thanks for the tip, i will try it in the future.
Bye
