I have a few Kalts, and a couple of Baron 20s and it seems to me that you are getting tail wind-up on the music wire tail drive (that is the intermittent 'whoop whoop whoop' sound that should not be there on top of the regular main rotor and engine sounds). If you look at your video, you can actually detect the tail surging in the tail rotor image.
I would imagine either the bearings are bad, or there is other binding causing a 'stick-release, stick release' action.
@tracknoob1 Yes , you are correct, John has since replaced the music wire with a solid torque tube and problem solved. However he still only flies it once or twice a year due to parts availability.
