how the fuck can u get jailed, fined and be on the news for this....can police go catch real criminals and stop spending time on people who have no licence driving wannabe bikes.....pffffttt 2 stroke engine thats a lawnmower engine right there....going top speed of 20km/h well my lil sisters pushbike can go 30...how different is it if im drunk and i ride a pushbike going 30km/h seriously this is what pisses me off.
