@sonic4482 The letter is fake my friend. If you do as the letter asks in the Paris level it just tells you that Twisted Metal if coming to PS3. It was just a "Twisted" way of unoffically announcing the game. Even David Jaffe confirmed the letter was indeed fake.

@sonic4482 The levels were going to be in Twisted Metal:Harbor City, but due to budget, and the fact it was old tech, plus it was going to be a PS2 port, the game was cancled. So on the Head-On: Extra Twisted Edition they decided to show what they had done but in a way that would announce that Twisted Metal was coming to PS3
