A) Add up any jobs claim to be "saved" or "created". First, subtract out any jobs that would have likely been created without stimulus spending. Then take the amount of stimulus, divided by the number of jobs.

There are many jobs paying $35,000 per year, that cost $260,000 in stimulus to get.
