Good Training video, but all of the kids at my school fight using the windmill methods or swing like mad men, The hook technique came handy when a random punch came towards me and it protected my face.

@bbydragon234 for shore if you c a wing chun practicioner from grade 4 up thru the levels fight looks messy and normly over very fast not the prittyist style ie. no high kicks or wasted movement but definatly works just need good stance and center line understanding

try moving "IN" so that you have the advantage. Boxers have power at the end of their punch . If you cut it at the source which is before they can complete it or better yet before they even shoot it out, then you will dominate!

Jet Li studied Shaolin Wu Shu ever since he was a young child, he literally grew up in the Shaolin Temple. so most of his stuff, like praying mantis style, and his kicks are Shaolin based.

first of all, thank you master for yoru lesson. secondly, htt the first touch with little xtra force, you can disable that hand there. now you only deal with one hand isntead of two. when you're in the combat situation, you don't want to be a death body.
