Mortars are probably the most useful thing for taking out a town. Weaken the defences with mortars and then push in tanks and infantry to take the main hold of the city.

god i love using mortars. im just atrial user with but i remember I alone was a mortarman, people kept whining and what have, after about 19-20 I RTB from shelling armybase.  17kill and butt loads of dmgs.

I really hope they add full artillery.

allies always won because they are tank dependant and Aircraft dependant...

Germans are more Infantry dependant and nobody that is playing for years can say that Im wrong....

Ive heard that allies have advantages in the map, in the tanks and in the planes.

This film must have been made by one of the rats becourse you can see the nametags from both sides. Also I don´t think there are a advantage point high enough to get this perspective unless you got special flying abilities like the rats.

I loved the mortar attacks. They last forever, make everyone take shelter and kill those that don't. Plus they strike fear.

And as I layed on the ground, wounded from the mortars that blanketed the ground, a german soldier walked up to me, He searched my pockets, checking if I was alive. i was lucky to be alive, for he told me in 4 words, what I was, what happened, and who he was... "U GOT PWNED N00B!"
