Level 60 is not the level cap in City of Heroes...it's level 50. This show needs to get their information stright...

I only watched the first 3 mins and I feel they grossly misrepresent CoH. The sidekick system has always allowed players of different levels to team, and even the best players with awesome toons can sometimes feel "ineffective". I too would love to devote more time to City, but have too much RL taking my time... But that doesn't lessen the fun from the time I do get to spend in game. (The low frame rate is likely from playing on an old laptop, which used to be my only way to play as well.)

CoH is ancient by modern standards. Unless she runs totally ancient hardware, the 'lag' is likely a result of video montage.

What irked me is how they touted WoW as 'the game that started it all'. I raided Ssraeshza in EQ befoe WoW was even a blip on the radar.

PLing is stupid, but that's what you get when you take out such requisites as skill and social grace out of a game and replace them with dumb 'hours logged'.

Powerleveling are for people who play the game solely for the rewards, and not the experience of playing it. There's nothing wrong with that.

RPG's, particularly MMO's, are the most prominent kind of games in which people can get addicted to the reward, and don't really care how they go about getting it. When's the last time you hired someone to play CS for you?

powerleveling is so stupid why buy a game then get someone to play it for you?!?!?!?! wtf is wrong with poeple i doubt city of heroes is as slow to level as wow and that takes 6mths maximum to hit 70 and thats like 1-2hrs a day max lol whats so hard about that

They don't need a break from me. If a person doesn't know his/her real position in this world, it is normal to expect they will embark on all kinds of journeys to try to discover what life is about. This couple should already know what life is all about. How do you engage gaming in the service of God? Later on it says her toon is level 40. But then she gets power leveled, or pld. It says it will take the plers 10 days to get her to level 40. Okay did the narrator even see the video? Even the friends at church say leveling to 50.

City of Heroes only has 50 levels.

She needs to log another 250 Hours to get to level 50?

That doesn't make any sense.She is fighting in Founders Fall she has to be around level 37. It takes me 200 hours to get to level 50 when I play around.
