When a person gets a medical marijuana card, where can you get it without growing it yourself???

Is it a prescription you can take to any drug store???

i have 2 drug related felonies from when i was 17 (12 years ago) does this mean i can not be a patient with the 2.5oz 12 plant limit? i was under the impression that i can be a patient but not a caregiver and if i can be a patient do i still need an inspection of my 12 plant grow room? what you people are doing is a great thing and i thank you very much
