Very nice! How far was the camera? And how big is the crater?

The closest camera was around 50m away and the crater had no more than 1m wide, I think the underground stump remains prevented a bigger crater.

this system is better for delete the stump, it's rapidly and simply, sin if I do in my country, I find myself in jail, otherwise I would amused the great :-D

You leave in a funny country. I didn´t know that there´s a place in the world where removing dead trees remains from the ground is a crime that will send you to jail. What do you have for cutting a live tree, dead penalty?

you jokes, but in italy, not autorized person that possess explosive go in jail, in USA in private property anyone can have it...

I have to plan the area well before making any test, welts, Surrounding homes etc.

I can't imagine a funner way to remove a stump. Nice new composition you've developed, it worked like a charm, the stump just vanished and the detonation it's self appeared to work well also. All of that and it is so simple to prepare, stable and plenty safe to handle. Very nice.

Thanks. Of course it is not the strongest explosive but as it is easy to make you can just make a little more. BTW, this was the stump used to hold the plane in the "2kg Blasting gel plastic explosive inside a plane". The poor stump was agonizing so I decided finish her suffering.

That was unfair to put it against the old stump! lol. What's a key ingredient in that liquid mix? Nitroglycerine based? Did you have polyethelyne bag to hold it? Lastly, how did you insert the detonator without drowning it...or wetting it with the mix?

There´s no other self explosive besides AN in this liquid explosive, no NG, MN, NM, EGDN...

I used double PE bags to hold the mix, the box had a little hole and the booster was placed there, between the bag and the box, the tip os the booster was available from the outside. To insert the detonation I just punctured the booster plastic bag and inserted the detonator. This setup does not provide the best contact with the booster but it works fine.
