My country make those prata doesn't look like that . i remember they add salt . and sugar too . for ingredient . like eggs . they just spread on top of the dough prata and mix around , flip them tight and pan fry them

i've been making this delicious paratha for quite some time. But recently i had hired a cook and asked her to make egg paratha. to my surprise, she made it in a completely different way. first she prepared fine egg bhurji...and then used this spicy bhurji as a stuffing to make egg paratha...the same way a aloo or gobi paratha is made...it tastes a bit different than ur recipie coz the stuffing in this paratha is pre-fried, but is extremely delicious nonetheless!!
