  • My country make those prata doesn't look like that . i remember they add salt . and sugar too . for ingredient . like eggs . they just spread on top of the dough prata and mix around , flip them tight and pan fry them

  • I love your cooking, every time I cook something even if I know how to cook that particular recipe... regardless I check out your videos, just to find out if you added something different and I always learn something new...The concept of pouring egg in egg in square shaped pocket paratha is Great!!! Being away from home; ever since I found out youtube and khana khazana I have become such a good cook...Thankyou Khana Khazana and the entire team... All the chefs are awesome!!!

  • i've been making this delicious paratha for quite some time. But recently i had hired a cook and asked her to make egg paratha. to my surprise, she made it in a completely different way. first she prepared fine egg bhurji...and then used this spicy bhurji as a stuffing to make egg paratha...the same way a aloo or gobi paratha is made...it tastes a bit different than ur recipie coz the stuffing in this paratha is pre-fried, but is extremely delicious nonetheless!!
