lolz i sing part of this song in my chior. i sing part of proud mary, aint no mountain high enough, and ymca in one mix song or wht ever it's called. YAY I GET TO SING YMCA! WHOOHOOO!
@hackmaster1995sicho You're just saying that, check back 30, 40 years from now, and you'll see people like you talking about how current music sucks, it's the same for Films, TV Shows, Boxing, but fact is there's plenty of great Music, you just have to look for it, the world if full of gems, find them. That's why I can say Music from today is as great at it has ever been.
Every time me and my brother drive into town he starts singing," Looking for a job in the citaahy!!!" And then we both start goin" ROLLIN! ROLLIN!" It hilarious!
@ChristSoldier1992 I believe they were talking about music today, which is not the 90's... not even the 2000's, and how FULLY RETARTED most modern 'music' is compared to when people made music to entertain people cause they enjoyed it. Some lesser played bands are still good though. Ever heard of bedouin sounclash? 'St. andrews' is a great track. It is music, not auto-tuned b.s. that doesn't rhyme are make any sense at all. CCR will always hold it's own against anyone new or old.
@N13153N also they are ROLLIN i always thought they were rollin joints. everyone on the river is happy to give weed is a celebration of peace. this song is totally a weed reference
......I was 17 when this came out.....and I was sooo into Alice Cooper's Eighteen and the end of the Beatles that I wrote it off as southern boy crap.....this song represents Americana as few do I now realize and believe Fogerty is truly a musical genius.....

10 YouTubers don't know great music because they've been "bieberized." LOVE this song. I was born in '63 and began listening to radio in the early '70's when songs like this were still being played. There's nothing like the classic rock.

@7michaelkeller Pretty sure they didn't have auto tune from the 1920's.... You don't know anything about rap before the mid-late 90's.... Gil Scott-Heron "The revolution will not be televised" is rap, Jazz poetry and funk/soul music i.e. James Brown, is rap... Why don't you try actually forming your own opinion of something instead of jumping on the bandwagon. Born in '91 and still listen to 80's metal, raised on B.B. King and Clapton

@sasori700XD I'll tell you what kid! nobody gives a sh!t how old you are, nobody cares what type of music you listen to, or which band is your favourite. so just shut up and listen to the song. But I must agree with you that this new music is garbage, is it really singing? hardly!
back these days u had 2 be good, and have that x factor,, 2 make a record, or too be able 2 record,,, not like these days that anyone just has a go....that why a lot of music these days, is CRAP
