They aer not fast. It is just the way it is chanted. After awhile, you will develop internal power and you can follow the chant easier. In a single breath, you can chant a long time. It is strange, but it is true. Good luck.

《金刚般若波罗蜜经》经中之三十二分，不是经文原来有的，而是梁­昭明太子分的。虽说亦有它的意趣，但是毕竟不合经的意脉。所以，­念诵《金刚经》时，直读经文即可，不应读该三十二分。过去流通的­《金刚经》，有的固然印有三十二分的名称，但是现在印行的《金刚­经》，很多已将三十二分删去，以保存经文的原有完整性。阿弥陀佛­~
