  • what i know about australia: there is kangaroos and koalas. and everything else kills you in 5 minutes.

  • @PanORotta Correct!

  • @PanORotta i'd be careful of them to..Kangaroo's can open your abdomen up like a hot knife through butter, and koala's like to latch onto your face and bite your nose off

  • Who knows there isn't one of those spiders in that ball?

  • Damn Australia, you scary!

  • check my bed every night for these

  • Is it weird that I've lived in Australia all my life and I see red backs all the time. I'm 18 now and still have not ever been bitten by any kind of spider.

  • @avgnultimate Probably because you didn't go near it, or they all might've not been female.

  • Redback funnelweb blue ringed octopus tipan tigersnake and a box jellyfish come to Australia and u mite accidentally get killed

  • Tho i think spiders are interesting creatures

  • Spiders aren't bugs...@0.27

  • @superpat17 It depends on how you use it...some people refer to only insects as "bugs," but others call any insect, spider, or insect-/arachnid-like creature a "bug."

  • Funnel web spider "Bitch please"

  • is that cairns or port douglas??.. I used to live there :D

  • dats sacry sugar

  • A fairly passive spider unlike the funnel web. Still i kill them when found to prevent any possible victim of a very painful bite. More painful than deadly. The venom blocks nerve signals and transmits a signal of extreme pain.

  • why do all the bugs get the cool stuff? i mean like WTF god wears my web spitting butt and giant fanhs on my mouth huh.

  • SPIDER SPY SPIDERSPY!! DOES WHATEVER SPIDERSPY DOES! CAN HE SWING FROM A WEB? YES HE CAN,HE IS A SPIDER LOOK OUT!!!! HE'S THE SPIDERSPY!

  • these spiders are a pain in the arse. My garage is riddled with redbacks. I guess thats why I dont go in to clean it very often. Due for a spider bomb can me thinks

  • All the rumors you hear about Australia are true. The city is safe, but as soon as you go out into the bush, there are creatures everywhere!

  • had a close call with one of these yesterday, felt its web, stood back and flicked on a light. Huge red back crawling up it, beautiful but damn i hate em

  • welcome to Australia you might accidentally get yourself killed lol

  • @prestonavich19 all Time this spider killed 14 people in Australia the last 50 years it killed none... Humans are far more dangerous

  • @prestonavich19 Your blood is bound to be spiled

  • AUS is no country for wimps....I was there for 5 weeks and saw a redback, a funnelweb and a brownie ( poisonous snake ), and I spent most of my time in cities!

  • @TheNevan60 im a wimp but i live in perth....the funny thing is that you don't really see that many spiders unless you go looking except for a few like red backs they're everywhere...but you'd have to really piss it off to get bitten

  • Scared again.

  • @tigerlulu24. im going to australia and going red back hunting!

  • @mr9396 go on then go get ur self killed idc!!

  • @tigerlulu24. lol,

  • @mr9396 HAHAH to u to . ..... :L

  • Is the Redback an Australian native spider after all? I can't recall ever seeing them in the bush. The various Huntsmen and Funnel Webs can be found in both natural and man made environments, but the only time I've ever seen a Redback in a rural situation is amongst firewood heaps, old car bodies etc. Same goes for Daddy Long Legs, which, I'm told, prey on Redbacks despite the Redback looking more formidable.

  • I´m aussie and i´m so scared!haha,plz,respect nature ;)

  • i live in maryland U.S.A. and when i was workin i saw a very simmilar spider ofc ik its not a black widow but can any1 tell me if theres other spiders in my area that look like the widow and can be poisonous plz

  • where's my flame thrower?

  • @XaThFuTiOn White tip spiders, Inland Taipan (most venomous snake in the world), Crocodiles, lots of plants... seriously... when people say the wildlife is out to kill you, we epitomise that.

  • KILL IT WITH FIRE!

  • They aren't very deadly, most times you don't need to go to hospital. I was bitten at a family gathering when I was 15 by one that was under a outdoor table but my aunt was a nurse luckily and just treated the bite there. Hurt a LOT but pain and irritation stopped after a day or two.

  • HAHAHAHA good on you red backs plz keep biting racist aussiess ASS hahahaha

  • @SHEERA98 That's actually a racist comment in itself lol. Ignorant moron.

  • Australia? SWEEEEEEEEEETTTTTTTTT I'M CONTINENTS AWAY!

  • "im quite prepared to be a red back victim"... bungie ride cutscene -_-

  • ive got the creeps now, just found a redback living in my electricity meter D:

  • austrlians are always WAAYYYY too happy whenever they talk about horrific shit

  • dude please do not be dumb its a black widow

  • @abbylove3656 I think Red Backs and Black Widow's are very very similar. Appearance wise, red backs have longer red stripes i think. Dunno, u could be right, but I trust this as it's the "animal planet" rofl.

  • GAH this is arachnophobian HELL

  • Isn't it meant to be that the females have the red stripe and the males are plain?

  • so small and yet so deadly poisoness ! they at least make a nest and stay there then the bigger Bitches crawling around like the Sidney Funnel Web spider or even more aggressive and deadly yet know as number 1 deadliest spider in the world ! • @FastPass4life they're in the same family of widow spiders but different. black widows have the hour glass on their abdomen but redbacks have a red stripe back like in the video

  • BASTARDS

  • i find this hard to masturbate to...

  • in america they call redbacks dangerous in aus we call them annoying

  • this guy is like bill nye the science guy for spiders XD

  • I live in Southern California.

A few years ago. I spotted one of these in my green recycle trash can..

She was absolutely a Red Back..

I used to collect Back Widows as a Kid..

  • @birdfly43 I can't believe you said "it isn't a bug its a arachnid" after calling him a dumbass

Bug(s) is not the same as an Arachnid or Insect.

  • everytime I watch spider videos i always feel something crawling up my leg and then I get the shivvers!

  • @customfaceplates You obviously never did a first aid course did you!!

  • why is it always the females ones that are dangerous...fucking bitches

  • i have never seen a red back spider near my toilet :|

  • That spider is beautiful

  • Fuck I just saw one of these on my window cill, went to get the bug spray. Now it's not there :S

  • once you start collecting shelves of venomous spiders and invertebrates, you grow to hate these horror story TV shows very quickly.

missulena bradleyi makes red backs look like happy critters.

funnel webs look too similar to bird eaters in shape, so why bother owning something that can kill you, then again, secure housing with padlocks is affordable, no reason you can't, misgolas sp also make entertaining burrows.
