Looking at the economic cycle, its Thaksin who inherited the success at which that point in 2003 Thailand was on the point of recovery from the 97 recession. He's just lucky. It may be true that he brought Thailand out of national debt, but how cud u explain the fact that he altered the law to benefit his own businesses and corrupted billions of baht.
