  • I felt like crying at the awesomeness of this art! Like watching GOD make and create the first human being! It made my sinus/allergy headache go away. Enthalled-wonderful!

  • from one Trudi to another.... you are simply amazing

  • Awesome work Trudi :)

  • Amazing!

  • So I've never baked my babies with certain parts already baked like this one has a baked head. I've never done this. how do you keep the head from burning when you go to bake the body?

  • Cover the already baked parts with a cloth if you are concerned with burning or it getting darker. Often darker baked places can get painted over. However, I've not tried this as of yet since I am still a very novice sculptor!

  • @strawberryme08

I often pre-bake parts of my sculptures. The key is baking at a much lower temp, I usually bake them at around 180 degrees while adding more time. Sometimes I simply bake them to a point of just beginning to harden and pull them out.

Also, a heat gun has been an extremely valuable tool for hardening parts once I achieve a level of detail. Although it can be an expensive tool also.

    Have fun! :-)

  • wow

  • Awsome!

This is something I really want to try my hand at.

Thanks for sharing this brilliant vid :- )

  • Hi You are very talented! Im doing a art project where i will make a baby in the mothers womb and I want to put the baby in some sort of liquid maybe Hair Gel will that be okay or will the baby go soft and break apart?

  • You could try two part casting resin in clear, I use easy cast brand for clear mini drinks.

  • You've been added as a favorite! Awesome job and very generous! Thank you!

  • beautiful I hope to be able to sculpt and reborn dolls and babies soon. Just a matter of coming up with the money to buy the suplies it can get quite expencive hehehe but I'm sure you know that :)

  • You really have talent.

I have a block of flesh-colored clay I have been staring out for weeks. I am so afraid of trying and messing it up. But I do want to make babies and fairies so bad.

  • Don't be afraid of messing up. The wonderful thing about polymer clay is, until you bake it you're always one step away from a complete do-over :)

  • very nice and clean job hope to see more from you
