Hi there, I bought a 2nd hand 700c wheel hybrid bike about a year ago but now the front suspension doesn't seem to be working well even after adjusting it. Is it possible to fit in a mountain bike front suspension instead or is it just too complicated. Also is it possible to change 28 inch wheels for the 700c?

hey ive got those sort of forks but they have locked up and hardly move and there no way i cant see to adjust it how can i fix them so they mork again?

my shocks dont bounce at all,and there is a rubber thing attached to the top of the lowr and stanchion,what should I do?

What kind of shock do you have. Look at the front of the fork. It will have the brank and model.

i just bot a brand new bike and sometimes the front forks gat stuck at the top and dont go down, do i just need to oil them? please reply

I have zoom front shocks would car motor oil work , could u tell me exactly how to oil them or do u have a video explaning this?

@triniemrol once a week or so depending on how much you ride should get oil go to a hardware and ask for triflow

no no no, wd40 for starters is solvant based meaning it will evaporate but u need to take them apart and fill the oil to aprpriate level but u can only do this with "good" forks i suppose if the shit u can spray a bit on the stanchions but it evaporates after 10mins so use a better oil

you NEVER need to put lube on the stanchions or spray lube into them they need taking apart

yeah, probably, you might have to saw the tip off the top of the fork bar so it can fit your bike, i did that with mine, actually i just installed mine today, just take your old fork in withyour new one to any bike shop and they will cit it to the lenghs :)
