all right here's the thing......not much before they put 21st century breakdown out billie was blonde, then when filmed 'know your enemy' and made the american tour he has this black hair that most of us love♥ inmediatly after they finished the american tour he had this blonde tufts next (21st cb vid), when they started their european tour he turned out blonde again and by the time they got back to the USA for the AMA his hair was black again and that's the way he's stayed for the last months

Billie Joe had blond hair before the new album came out. Then he dyed it back to black and had black for a few months. Then he did patches of blond, one on each side of his head. Then, he more recently got a hair cut and bleached his whole head blond again. So you're wrong.
