If you tranpose it to be playable in a C diatonic, you'll have this:

C B A G A G E

which is played like this:

7 -7 -6 6 -6 6 5

Your version doesn't respect the intervals. So it's not the same melody.

I taught myself this one by ear on a C Harmonica and i allways played it starting on the 5 hole not the 6 hole. It just sounds better to me but that could be my hearing because i am a bit tone deaf.
