Im practicing 5 balls cascade for 3 months now, already tried alot and tried inside and outside, i cant find a good rythm :s i can get the flash clean 9 out of 10 times. I cant get over 9 catches :( tips are apreciated! :)

i found doing a 3 ball cascade while holding a spare ball in each hand then doing a high flash is a good way to start, once comfortable, after the flash add the balls in so really your juggling 3 balls while holding the other to, doing a 3 ball flash then adding the other 2 in.

@JugglingTricks i`m practicing the 5 ball cascade for 2 weeks now and i can already do 30-40 throws! when do you think i can juggle 5balls as long as i like? ( if i go on like this)

@JuggleGerbil you just need to keep practicing. Go outside if your house isn't high enough cuz mine isn't. It takes a while to get comfortable with it, but after you do get comfortable it gets MUCH easier. Just make sure you have enough room to juggle with

I'm having REAL PROBLEMS with just getting past 7 catches, I think its because I can't find a height and width that I'm comfortable with, do you have any adive on this? PLEASE HELP it will be much appreciated

Btw dont even try this without balls you like. Ispent like 24 hours with tennis balls and barely got more than the 5 ball flash. I got hacky sacks today and got past 10 throws, easy. Huge difference!
