  • I think some people are missing the point: these type of postings are more for advertising than education.

  • @jingles373 agreed.. although I too would prefer they go further into detail, they are trying to run a business, not a charity

  • It's a good 90 sec intro to what you can start with but for a more comprehensive "how to" get the 2 hr "Trigger Job" DVD by Jerry Miculek. It's well worth the price if you're serious. In stoning the surface of the parts you won't be going through the hardness layer, you're not taking that much off. Also Wolff springs help a lot on the trigger pull!

  • To all of the people complaining that he doesn't show you how to remove the trigger.......If you lack the mechanical skills to remove the trigger, or the common sense to look at the exploded view in the manual, then you're not really the best candidate to be monkeying around with any firearm.

  • I as well enjoy these videos but would like a bit more detail. if there is a full length show it would be great to have a link to it.

  • I would really enjoy doing this with my snob, but as most have mentioned, it simply lacks enough detail for the average tinkerer.

  • Larry Potterfield remind's me of G-man from Half Life 2, when he speak's

  • If you are stoning & filing "freehand" why do you still need a jig?

  • Hi, Good question. It just LOOKS freehand. The rear of the stone is riding the jig to the left off screen.

  • Caution! if you "File" through the case hardend finish you will get into the inner softer steel and our your trigger job won't last very long.

A profesional would color case reharden after the stoning.

  • thanx for upload these vids =)

  • Gotta remove the trigger before you can work on.. You blew by those steps in about 3 seconds.. Again, there's no law against your videos going longer than 90 seconds.. Is there?? Ease off the video editing a bit and let your audience see a little bit of what your doing!! Great info your "trying" to provide, but the vids are just too darn short.. :(

  • These were shot for clips on a TV show... they only had 90 seconds. If you want a better video, make one. I'd like to see it.

  • If I knew how to smooth the trigger perhaps I would, but that's what Im watching these vids for. Unfortunately, the 90 second vidoes dont do much to educate me.. Perhaps they should mention the TV show if it's going to go into further detail? Else, whats the purpose of the thing?? If its to be instructional, they need to show some instruction..
