You never want to discard somebody like that in anime because they're GONNA come back. Whether it's Shapiro Keats in Dancougar, Burn in Dunbine, or countless villains from Inuyasha, they'll keep coming back in one form or another.

I just thought she'd be considered like a "gone like dead style but not dead" character like how char "dies" in zeta gundam even though he's still alive in Char's counterattack or like how Mwu "dies" in seed and reappears in seed destiny in that style where we assume they're dead (sorry for using seed destiny, i needed an example there)
