I don't think you can drive your point home more so than in this video. I totally agree with you on all of your points. I do have one question though, kind of random, but still valid. Some believe a RT is the magic wand that will propel their 'ordinary' business/product into success. There are artist with +10M Twitter followers but their albums don't go platinum, or even gold.
