It could have been a very useful service for the area now, but sadly because of short sighted politicians we have to take our chances on obviously inadequate overused roads kept in terrible condition by the same people who thought we wouldnt be needing our community railway. It could have been mothballed for later use but corruption by govt, county council and colluding contractors meant otherwise for future would be users. I want them to admit they were wrong for now it seems dogs only benefit.
Instead of ripping up the lines around our country,maybe it would have been better to leave it all in situ.Just think of what could have been done today.What a complete waste of time ,skilled work and money.....so sad !!!
