but I would like to know one thing: you dont have the usual pole shoes on, is it because its easier ?

Im going to start pole danncing as well, but I have concerns about wearing those shoes...

there are pros and cons to wearing the shoes, i dont because pole is suppose to be getting further from being tied to strippers and we cant be considered a sport by wearing stripper shoes, but actually sometimes its easier to wear them because the plastic grips the pole

yeah the figurehead of mine is one im popular for doing it a unique way, its hard to explain how, i kind of just twist under my arm, but i've got double jointed shoulders and wrists so i dont always know if it will work with someone else, but there are other ways to do it.

oh and i had dry ice for my other video, it wasnt a fogger :(

you should see how much a fogger would be, it defintaely added a different feel with it... or the ice.. you know what i mean... :)

try it, its not to complex really, only thing sometimes the arms can look strange when you are doing it so i try to move them slowly out and then back inward , i also hold alot of weight with my thighs, more than it appears

It's simply amazing how you combine and transform basic pole elements into something so magical...the opening sequence at 00:43 --using arabesque movements while sliding down in the figurehead. Keep looking for venues to exhibit this different kind of pole talent..if not competitions, then art and music shows. Everyone needs to see how you use this simple object, a pole, to transport us to a place where heavenly creatures live.
