@TheMrmovieman1 my guess is no. biggest thing is getting the perfect wheelbase. just measure the wheelbase and then take a tape measure to toys r us. mine was just laying around, but if you want to do the scaler thing, it might be a good way to go about doing it.
Nice one! Thanks for your quick response. Since work today I´ve been modifying (ruining!) my stock body but I want to use my newly-bought Ninco4RC Losi MRC clone as a basis for a scaler.
@Del350K4 yeah i limited it by cutting antenna tube and putting it on the stanchions. limits the travel by about 1/4 to 1/2. now the wheels really cant rub.
@CoonBabble I went to a meet this week and saw others using aluminum sheets cut down to make a surface for velcro. Then those sheets were put onto body post using 4 body pins. To point the body post upward instead of sideways they used other RC post that allow this. That way they too could take the body on and off and not have to drill holes in it. Thanks for reply.
is this the RTR or pro? and where did you get that body?

@TheMrmovieman1 RTR. Body is from a new bright 1/10 rc f150 from the late 90's

@CoonBabble thanks. will any new bright 1/10 work?

4 link at least the rear. torque twist looks horrible on scale trucks

@craveman85 what do you mean by 4 like the rear
CoonBabble 1 year ago
a 4 link suspension. it replaces the plastic y shaped piece with 2 straight or bent links like the lower links. keeps torque twist down.

@CoonBabble Its 4 link, a suspention setup

How did you get the body so nice and low without it fouling the wheelarches? Did you somehow limit axle travel?
