For instance the voucher program for schools wants the government to pay tuition directly, letting parents decide where their children go to school and the school receiving money based on merit and demand from students and parents.

For instance the voucher program for schools wants the government to pay tuition directly, letting parents decide where their children go to school and the school receiving money based on merit and demand from students and parents.

You should remember socialism easily leads to dictatorship. Russia, China, Germany, Cuba, Venezuela, Iraq the list goes on. Placing large segments of the economy and centralizing power into a federal government makes it way to easy to seize power.
