But Korea is so appearance conscious, they exagerate

Koreans eat lots of pizza as well (In Seoul, Bundang and etc. areas at least, but nearly half of pop. of KOR lives in this areas). But it's more expensive^^ While other foods are relatively cheap (Unless you go for traditional Korean foods which is super expensive), western based food are more expensive in Korea. I think MR. Pizza is the top choice for pizza, but there are so many local delivery pizza stores, I usually order from local since it's cheaper.^^
