  • hey hey! Have you thought about cleverous 402 diet (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker lost tons of weight with it.

  • well your supposed to eat more but in different times of the day break it up into 4 to 6 times a day but stop when your full then weight a few hours and start again and your not supposed to stop this is actually how fit people live every day.

    i think i'll GAIN weight instead.. except for the walking 30 minutes per day thing..

  • wow thanks this is so cool. i am just a little chubby but i don't want chubby i want to feel more confidant in cloths, thats why i am going to do what you said, thanks so much for all your help . and by the way the typing is awesome :D
