first off if you're going to critique someone make sure you know how to SPELL correctly. Am I spelling police, sure. and 2 the kid is pretty damn good, so give him a break.
Actually, as I am a long time pianist, I have to say that this kid is sub par at best, and even had the nerve to say that last "all by ear and stuff" and make a psh sound . Anyways, aside from his inconsistent timing and the missing chords, I give kudos to the guy because he was enterprising enough to record this and put it on youtube. Improve on your skills!

Anyways, if you listen to the song, reflection eternal, you'll see why I said what I said. There are a number of notes missing from masterbassist's rendition, and he should have used the hold pedal during some of the measures. In any case, I hope this clarifies things.
