Sniper rifles should only be a 1 shot kill if it is to the head, but many quickscopers can't do that, so they dumb down the weapon and make it kill you even if you get shot in the shoulder (lame as fuck).

Quickscopers don't know how to run around with akimbo USP 45s. If they tried, they would get their asses torn apart. Just admit thats why you love quickscoping. You're in denial!
