i thought the 3rd was the best. They took all the good stuff from the first and second ones and took out that which the audience did not like from the second (The twins and a sex joke every 5 mins) and then threw an hour-long war scene into it. Dont get me wrong, i liked this one, but there were a few unnecesasary sex jokes that kind of took away from the overall seriousness of what was currently happening.

I just kinda don't like RotF because some of the plot aspects are way too silly and basically the writers saying "Yeah, but just go with it" rather than giving us an explanation.

Firstly, Robot heaven. What in the fuck. I mean really. They explain what the transformers are scientifically in the first movie, but this one goes fuck that, let's have MAGIC, and spirits and ghosts and shit.

Secondly, Jetfire. My god, how could they turn a character like that into such a joke?!

this was one of the best scenes in the movie along with the forest battle scene. the original Primes gave up their lives to save the human race from The Fallen and in this scene Sam dies because he wants to save Optimus with the Matrix. no wonder the original Primes revived him for his sacrifice. beautiful scene especially when the original Primes appear through the shadows. <3

I had heard the soundtrack but the theme was not heard as a whole or layed out, so I was taken back by hearing it literally on the opening shot. Excellent job by Steve, Mike and the team. :)

This is extremely powerful, even without watching the movie I get the mental image of a fallen hero, killed in battle, but then restored by the Divine since it isn't the hero's time yet to die...I guess that's the same as the movie but very evocative of the "Fallen Warrior Goes To Heaven But Must Come Back To Finish The Job" motif. A simply beautiful piece, even on its' own it leads me almost to tears...

I get the sense of a hero knowing it is the set time for him to die, and no one wants to see him leave but he knows he has to. However, at 1:35 he leaves anyways, knowing that there is another that has been raised up to carry the torch that was at one time his own. Everyone is in a state of acceptance at 2:12 . The chosen one steps up at 2:45 , and at 3:16 he takes the mantle, leads and marches on with it.
