this guy makes a lot of sense and speaks the truth. but staying this lean for prolonged periods of time is not healthy and will compromise his health in the long run especially if he's taking cutting agents (legal or otherwise). and time will tell, cause he's still fairly young. but i suspect he's been doing this for a while now.
