  • Very helpful. What would be a sequence to work up to yoga dandasana or the pose that gets part of the way there but does not require as much openness and rotation as it does?

  • @mark55223  From Ashtnaga Yoga, Eka Pada Sirsasana in the Second Series is a good preparation, as well as Akarna Dhanurasana from Fourth Series.

  • @pfunkstrunk  It actually feels wonderful to have freedom of movement deep within the hip joints, pelvis and inner space of the body.
