Have you EVER seen human walking? Than, please, look carefully again. When right leg goes forward, then left hand goes forward, and meanwile, while left leg goes backward, right hand goes backward. This is how human try to keep balance.

I have to be honest, this is not a practical example to use for introducing someone to the timeline and setting keyframes, maybe move some primitives around, not character animation, that is an art in itself(the result from this vid is a character moving around in a nonsensical and awkward fashion). Keeping your target audience in mind, being descriptive, organizing your thoughts and speaking clearly are very important.

This was a rather complex example for beginners, you should've only showed how to animate a sphere (to make it move).

Blow your nose before making the video, or edit it out.
