OH thanks. but i have an idea on what i want my rpg to be about. just need to learn how to make sprites, maps, villains, monsters. everything. plus i want to make a funny 1 and c if any1 could review it and put it in their video
Hey there. Yeah, I'd be glad to help. I've probably started and invested proper time in about 10 RPG games. However, each one fell flat. It's because I had no idea what direction I was going in. I just went with the flow. If you're serious about making a game, you should properly document all the ideas in a ring-binder. Separate the aesthetics, maps, characters, script, attacks, gameplay, story, enemies etc with separators. Like any good movie or book, it requires planning first!
